Data we collect

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the data you provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • The service you are interested in and a description of the project

The contact form is handled by our own endpoint hosted on our web hosting (Dinahosting, Spain, within the EEA). No third-party form platforms are used. Received data is recorded in an internal Markdown file stored on our server, with restricted access.

  • Purpose: to respond to your enquiries and manage any resulting professional relationship. Your data is only used to contact you directly about your request. It is not used for newsletters and is never shared with or sold to third parties.
  • Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR)
  • Retention: 24 months from the last communication when no assignment is finalised; after that period the data is deleted. Once a professional relationship begins, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and until the limitation period for any obligations arising from it.

Web analytics

This website uses GoatCounter to measure traffic. GoatCounter is a privacy-respecting analytics system:

  • Does not store cookies in your browser
  • Does not collect or process personal data
  • Does not use fingerprinting
  • Does not share any data with third parties
  • GDPR-compliant without requiring consent

Search engine performance

To analyse search engine performance, we use Google Search Console, a service by Google LLC. This tool processes aggregated data about how the site appears in Google search results (impressions, clicks, and positions), but does not place cookies or collect personal data from visitors. Data is used solely to improve the site’s visibility and content.
